How do I submit a ticket?

Click the "new ticket" button and select the type of request you have. We have 4 forms to choose from: - `Staff - Hardware` - `Staff - Software` - `Student - Hardware` - `Student - Software` This will generate a ticket in our system, alerting our team to your request. A technician who's familiar with your school or need will reply, and you will receive an email from `Northwest Tech`. Please reply with any information requested. Once your issue has been resolved, you will receive a feedback form. Please let us know how we served you. We use this data to improve service and materials on this knowledge base.
